This loose-fitting dress features a crew neck with scalloped and embroidered flounce, smocked and hand-embroidered breastplate, scalloped and embroidered ruffle at the shoulders, elasticated cuffs with smocking, set of gathers for a pretty volume and covered plackets at the back. It is knee length and entirely lined.
