To issue an exchange, please contact us at contact@bmgkids.com with your complete name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange. One of our team members will get back to you within the next business day with more information.

 

Return Policy
    

All holiday specific clothing and/or accessories will be final sale once the holiday has past. Should you need to return (for store credit) or exchange holiday specific clothing and/or accessories, it must be processed prior to the holiday pertaining. 


All end of season sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Please note the following:
  • Items must be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items may not be returned if they were worn, altered, or washed
  • Items must be returned with all tags attached
  • Footwear must include original shoe box in its original condition
  • Never use shoe box as your shipping box
  • Items returned without their original tags or packaging may be ineligible for refund
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Sale items and Gift Cards may not be returned
  • Boy Meets Girl reserves the right to refuse transactions based on return behavior

How to Issue your Return

1. Submit a request for your return including your name, order number, and reason for return to contact@bmgkids.com

2. Repackage the items you wish to return in a secure manner. If choosing to reuse the parcel we shipped your items in, please remove any original labels or carrier barcodes that do not pertain to the return you are about to fulfill.

3. You will receive an email once your return was received and the issued gift card for the amount of the returned merchandise has been processed. 

4. For customers based in Miami, Florida, return packages can alternatively be dropped off at Boy Meets Girl located on the 2nd floor of the Shops at Merrick Park 330 San Lorenzo Ave Coral Gables, FL 33146.
